1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll refund the full amount — no hassle, no questions. This applies to your first purchase within the allowed refund window.

2. Refund Conditions

To keep things fair, our refund policy includes the following conditions:

  • Refunds apply only if less than 25% of your credits have been used

  • If more than 25% of credits have been used, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date

  • Each customer is eligible for one full refund per account

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or suspicious behavior

Example:
If you purchased 100 credits and used 20 or fewer, you're eligible for a full refund within 7 days. If you used more than 25, the credits are considered used and cannot be refunded.

3. Failed Generations

If an image generation fails due to a technical issue and credits are deducted incorrectly, we will restore the credit or issue a refund.

4. No Refunds for Older Transactions

Refunds cannot be issued for purchases made more than 7 days ago, regardless of usage.
